THE FRONT PAGE’S LEDGER — REV Y · PRESSED 02 SEP 2026 · EVERY REVISION ON THE RECORD

REV Y02 SEP 2026
The cohort closes, and the page stops counting seats. “Summer 2026”, the two-of-three seat count and the 22 Jul dateline that priced it are deleted — from the hero’s tail, the total line, the engagement letter’s letterhead, the firm’s Stage row, the file this site publishes for retrieval engines to quote, and the tools guide, where a three-seat count had been sitting unregistered and unscanned the whole time. Schedule B, the cohort book, is not replaced: every seat state it could draw is a claim about a closed batch — all-engaged says it filled, any-open says it is still taking signatures — and the counterparty’s line is kept blank, which is what it always was. The programme is unaffected and still open; what ended is one batch. Three registered claims went with it, and so did the gate that had forced every surface to read the cohort from one place. That gate could not survive its own remedy — every assertion in it demanded the presence of the thing being removed, so a red would have been cured by restoring a false claim — and it is replaced by its inverse: no surface may name a cohort window or count a seat at all. The expiry date did its work exactly as designed. It refused every date that would have papered over the problem and forced the words to change instead.
REV X02 SEP 2026
The specimen stops offering a verb the product does not have, and the audit line stops promising a record that is not guaranteed. The queue’s third button read Skip — a disposition nothing implements; the decision has been approve or reject the whole way down. Rev R retired that claim in words and left the button making it, which is how a claim outlives its own correction — it was wearing a different shape. It reads Reject now, in ghost ink, never wine: nothing on that row sends. The audit sentence entered at Rev Q — every approval writes an identity-attributed audit record — is struck above and retired everywhere it was repeated: the hero, §02.2’s specimen, and the security answer that procurement reads and answer engines quote. That record is written behind a flag and swallowed if it fails. The record that cannot be skipped is the decision itself, so the page now claims that and no more — the decision is recorded, who decided it, and when. The security answer names the measure the one-pager actually carries. Nothing was added; two claims came down to the size of the product.
REV W09 AUG 2026
The front page loses three sections and keeps every argument. “What this isn’t” joins the tools it was comparing itself against (/guides/cold-email-testing-tools-2026); the custody spine — one send through five hands — goes to /methods, where the math it evidences already lives; the deposition and both exhibits, the send ration and the noise floor, go to /guides/attribution-vs-incrementality, which had argued credit-versus-cause in prose with no evidence attached. Each reads better where the surrounding page was already making its case. What did not travel: two interactive exhibits — the 1.25× lift on the dot field, and the follow-the-thread press on the spine — whose figures and findings moved while the demonstrations did not; the copy inviting a press is struck above. One CTA label was doing two different things and now does one. The page measures 17,436px at 375, down from 25,971 — a third of its height, and none of its claims.
REV V09 AUG 2026
The record moves to its own page — the colophon and this register leave the front page’s footer for /colophon, entered in PAPERS like every other published document. Roughly 2,400 words of self-description had become the heaviest block on a page whose job is to be shown to a client; the front page keeps the link and loses the weight. Every entry below stands verbatim — nothing struck, nothing rewritten; the register only changed address.
REV U29 JUL 2026
The vocabulary prices itself — three definitions the page owed its reader. Action confidence says what it is confidence of: how strongly the model behind a suggestion backs its own proposed action, a reading to weigh, never a measured outcome probability — stated conditionally, because live rows carry the number only when a model supplies one. The ledger legend reconciles target and gate: a celled row’s target sets its rows required — sizing only — while the decision is judged against the gate alone, which never moves; a row the table publishes no cell for says so, in its own line. And the pilot band names its ceiling: for books up to fifteen programs the top of the band covers the whole book, so a twelve-program agency prices itself from one line — larger portfolios are scoped on the call. No claim widened; each one bounded.
REV S28 JUL 2026
The proof vocabulary learns to speak — the statistical contract, reconciled and translated. The methods page said a claim closes when its band excludes zero while the ledger drew its no-effect line at 1.00×; both were right and neither said so — now every band names its scale, zero on the difference scale, 1.00× on the ratio scale, and the glossary carries the bridge. The ledger’s chrome drops the statistician’s labels — Measured here for Estimand, angle lift for arm lift, one arm being one angle in the shipped design — and the lede teaches the read: the band is the range of lifts compatible with the data so far, the gate is the bar written down before any data. α carries its coverage gloss, anytime-valid explains itself at first use, and the two-clock caption sits beside every months figure — learnings land in weeks, verdicts run on the table’s clock, and if that is quarters at your volume the page says so before any invoice. The specimen numerals retire expected for action confidence, the register’s own column name, with the null behavior stated beside the seeded specimen. The intake sheet defines a program and the FAQ prices the pilot in numbers.
REV R28 JUL 2026
The claim floor rises to what the rendered page proves. The keyboard line had been understating for weeks — e edit and u undo ran live while the page still called them "shipping next" — so the claim widens to exactly the proven set, a approve · r reject · e edit · u undo, each verb keypress-proven on the assembled register before this line was allowed to carry it. Skip ships nowhere and is now claimed nowhere; the demo specimen no longer binds the key, because a demo that teaches a keystroke the product ignores is a false lesson. Exhibit A now states what the floors are — the shipped engine’s own published table, selected, never recomputed on the page — the Rank step names the gate that keeps learned inference off the page until the loop validates it, and the seats line asks the question it always meant: can your volume prove anything?
REV Q28 JUL 2026
The honesty press — every claim now carries its stage. The one canonical definition says, in the sentence itself, that the machinery is built and internally verified and that customer enrollment opens with the design-partner pilot; every copy of that sentence — the metadata, the crawler file, the company page — moved with it, and a plain-words gloss now sits beside the definition explaining what the holdout is. The audit-chain line sold a sealed chain the runtime has not switched on; the page now sells the record that exists — every approval writes an identity-attributed audit record. Two borrowed statistics left the page, replaced by claims of the checkable kind, and the deliverability caps read as the operating doctrine they are, not an enforcement the backend performs. The methods page and the last two bare glossary entries now disclose the stage themselves, and every citation in the tools guide was re-fetched live on the press date — figures a vendor’s own page no longer supports left with the fetch.
REV P23 JUL 2026
The ledger comes first — the page you show the client, the completed record, now opens the case ahead of the calculator and the queue that used to precede it: the first tangible proof is the finished ledger, not the machinery behind it. Each row states its pre-registered design on its face — the target lift fixed before any data, and the published minimum-n cell it maps to; the reply rung the table does not publish says so plainly, sized per tenant. Every required-rows figure is now a lookup in that published table, never a number read back off the band it grades — the specimen that had drifted past its own published floor is corrected. Sections cite each other by name, not by a folio number that goes stale the moment the order changes, and the white and paper panels re-alternate around the moved ledger. Nothing else was added; the record only got more exact.
REV O18 JUL 2026
The record corrects itself — the connector claim is restated as the gate it always was. The page had asserted parser proof in the present tense; the truth is a discipline, not a past event: no parser goes live until it proves itself against captured events from real accounts, and the first capture session is scheduled, not assumed. Three lines moved — §04 Connect, Schedule A week one, and the machinery line above. The proof bar itself is unchanged; only the tense. When the captured corpus lands, the stronger sentence may return — dated, like everything else here.
REV N15 JUL 2026
The floor stops being deferred — the engagement letter (№06), the transcript’s Exhibit A (№07), and the intake sheet (№08) now render the REAL published anytime-valid minimum-n table on your own numbers, before any email. The classical two-proportion preview that Rev G entered retires: every on-page floor is now an exact published cell or a labelled lower bound, conservatively snapped to the published grid (never interpolated) and turned into a timeline by the same drift-locked capacity math the pilot kit ships. Exhibit A sequences the honest order — prove the outreach works first, then prove one angle beats another (the harder, longer test). Below the grid the page still refuses a number and names the audit cadence. Nothing else on the page moved.
REV M14 JUL 2026
The last paper leaves the drawer — the security one-pager, the only entry in PAPERS still answered by asking, is published at /security and entered on the record. It carries the DPA’s Annex II measures byte-for-byte under the same drift lock that binds this page’s other instruments, states plainly that no certification is claimed, and defers its timelines to the documents that control them. The request mailto retires; nothing else on the page moved.
REV L13 JUL 2026
The paper trail completes itself — the DPA leaves “on request” and joins Terms and Privacy on the record (/dpa), the same instrument the app already serves. Cookie choices take a standing place in the margin below: the banner that asked once can be reopened at any time, and its notice now cites the policy it summarizes — withdrawing as easy as giving. Nothing else on the page moved.
REV K13 JUL 2026
The register grows a public record — the page now stands in a small library. The firm gets its own page, on the record (/company): who makes this, where, and the plain sentence separating this RevenueOS from every other firm wearing the name — a correction the engines needed. Eight working terms defined as real pages (/glossary), each carrying the product’s own numbers where numbers are due. Two guides published and entered here in PAPERS: the tools ranked with the criteria stated first and our own limitation printed in our own row, and the line between credit and cause, drawn in writing. Nothing on this page moved; the library stands behind it.
REV J11 JUL 2026
The machine-readability pass — the page learns to be read by things that don’t scroll. One sentence added under the hero, on the record, that says plainly what this is; the same sentence filed in the structured record a retrieval engine reads. Two papers published as real pages and entered here in PAPERS: the math in writing (/methods) and the pilot on one page (/pilot). The exhibits’ axis figures gain silent range marks so a machine reading the page aloud says “0 to 60”, never “060”. The wordmark spells its own O to anything that strips the drawing away. Nothing moved; nothing recolored — this revision is for the readers you can’t see.
REV I07 JUL 2026
§04 re-set as custody on the spine — the rail the page kept, now holding what it implied. Each station keeps its verbatim step and gains one mono custody line: the same send, 7f3a, through five hands — drafted 09:12, posterior 0.67 at 09:13, released by a human hand at 09:14, positive reply thursday, counted into clm_112 in week 28. Three minutes from draft to signature, the same morning. Four custodians are the system, logged in ink; the fifth signs in wine — every seal touch in the section points at that one human hand. Follow the thread: hover, press, or focus any 7f3a and every instance lights while the rail firms; press to lock. One copy change, on the record: the bookbinding sub-line retires for “one send, five hands, chained on one spine.” The specimen id becomes a real send hash at port; clm_112 is ledger-shaped so №03 and №05 can cross-cite it. Per-station reveal when read; no new motion primitive — the family stands as corrected in Rev G.
REV H07 JUL 2026
§07 re-set as the transcript — the accordion retired; all six answers set fully visible, on the record, fifteen numbered lines down the margin with the spine binding them once. Exhibit A entered at line 3 and running: the minimum-n table, classical two-proportion (α .05 two-sided, power .80), live at any base and volume — at the corrected 1% base a 2× resolves in weeks and a 1.25× costs quarters; the table cites №06’s floor clause the way a record cites itself. Exhibit B enters the subprocessor list at line 12. Q6 carries the revision affordance. Line 15 is the open line — the transcript leaves you a question line the way the letter leaves you a signature line. The certification closes it in ink. №07 stays sealless; every line reveals when read, per-row. No new motion primitive — the family stands as corrected in Rev G.
REV G07 JUL 2026
§06 re-set as the engagement letter — the deal closes on an instrument, not a pricing card. The company signs the letterhead (the legal-header exception, exercised once); the fee is a drawn range, scoped by program count, never a % of lift; five numbered terms; the floor clause checked live inside the letter, identity after the math, below-floor answered with the audit — honestly. His autograph draws in wine, two strokes, one lift, dated 07 jul 2026; your line is drawn blank beside the one CTA that wears the seal. Schedules A and B ride alongside — six weeks of activities, three seats kept like entries. The LATER box becomes a dated rider. The press family takes up the pen — motion line struck and corrected, again.
REV F07 JUL 2026
§01 re-set as the exhibits — the questions sworn as a deposition in the client’s voice, each footed with where it’s answered; the evidence pinned on the right. Exhibit A draws the 2026 send ration against its gates, every figure dated at the card. Exhibit B draws the noise floor to rate — 1,000 sends, seed 27, the same field every load; a 1.25× lift is real in the count and invisible in the field. The three stat cards and their footnote strip retire — ¹ travels to Exhibit B’s caption. №01 stays sealless: wine’s first press on the page remains the first human signature. The press family expands to meters and the stipple — the motion line struck and corrected, again.
REV E07 JUL 2026
§02 re-set as the posting — three jobs written as ledger entries, footed by the total line. One specimen carries through: Dana’s row tops the morning sort, returns wearing the stamp, is graded against the 1.15× gate, and is the WK 27 chip’s “1 promoted.” The press became a family — the colophon’s motion line struck and corrected, not stretched. The intake sheet folded into the total line: the check runs before the contact.
REV D07 JUL 2026
Footer re-set as the colophon — the page now states how it was made and keeps its own revision register. §04 rebuilt as the bound spine; §05 re-set as the correction ledger — struck, corrected, left legible. The wordmark O cap-anchored page-wide; scroll fallbacks fixed so animations fire when read, not before.
REV C07 JUL 2026
Positive-reply base corrected: roughly a third of replies (≈1% of sends); FAQ Q1 reconciled to match. Q5 struck and rewritten — subprocessors named, nothing vague. Subprocessor list completed: OpenAI, Sentry, Grafana added. Stack strip split into CONNECTS TO and RUNS ALONGSIDE. Specimen keyboard wired: a · e · s · u.
REV B06 JUL 2026
Hero re-set: “Your sends are rationed. Prove which ones deserve to exist.” §04 rebuilt on the audit line. A name added to the page — the countersign.
REV AJUL 2026
First pressing.
REVISIONS ARE NEVER ERASED — STRUCK, CORRECTED, LEFT LEGIBLE.
